Paul was the much loved son of Tony and Elaine Bland. He died following operation for hole in the heart, at Myrtle St Hospital Liverpool(now known as Alder Hey) He has 2 sisters and 2 brothers, 2 nieces and 3 nephews.Who sadly never got to meet him.
